Out of Stock

We do try to maintain levels of stock of everything displayed in the Online Store. However it is inevitable that occasionally the items that you have ordered will not be in stock. If this is the case your order will be held until the item comes back into stock. Items are not usually Out of Stock for more than a few days. If your order is to be delayed in this way we will send you an e-mail to inform you and give you the chance to alter your order.

Boxes, Blisters, or Loose

Many of our products come in boxed sets, or blister packs. We will always try and supply these products in this format. However, sometimes we may not have the item in stock in a box or blister and will send you the equivalent "loose". The product is exactly the same, just minus it's packaging. We do this to make sure you get the models you want as fast as possible without having to wait for us to get the boxes or blisters back in stock. If it is important to get the product in a box or blister we advise you to contact our telesales team to ensure you get the goods in the appropriate packaging.
