Delivery Times
We try and get your goods to you as fast as possible. Orders placed before
midday will be processed that day. Orders placed after midday will be processed
the next working day1 .
Standard Delivery
Australian customers please allow 3 - 7 working days for delivery
Deluxe Delivery
Australian customers please allow 1 - 3 working days for delivery.
International Delivery
Hong Kong 4-6 days
Singapore 4-6 days
New Zealand 3-12 days
Other international 7-28 days
Advance Orders
Advance Orders are sent out to arrive with you on or near the release date.
Typically this means they leave the Games Workshop warehouse 3-4 days before
the release
date quoted in the store.
Advance orders receive a 50% discount
on shipping within Asia Pacific and will
only be sent via standard post.
For customers outside Australia and in WA
it is impossible to guarantee delivery on the
release
date,
although we will despatch the goods as early
as possible.
