Advance Orders

Release Dates

Some products in the Online Store have a release date with them. This is the date that the product is released in our stores. You can place orders for these items before the release date, however they will not be despatched until the release date shown. We call these Advance Orders. If your order includes items awaiting release and items that are already available we the entire order will be held until the last item becomes available. So if you want some goods now and an advance order item to follow later you will need to place two separate orders.

Advance Order Deliveries

Advance Orders are sent out to arrive with you on or near the release date. Typically this means they leave the Games Workshop warehouse 3-4 days before the release date quoted in the store. For customers outside Australia and in WA it is impossible to guarantee delivery on the release date. Advance orders receive a 50% discount on shipping within Asia Pacific and will only be sent via standard post.
