ROUND 2

The horror, the horror... With 8 Vampire Lords remaining, the tournament began to get really bloody as each of the competitors could see the darkness at the end of the tunnel. Check out the results of the four Round 2 confrontations!

WINNER
Jason vs. Harmony

In the first round of combat, Jason foolishly rushes into combat, not knowing the speed of a Lamian vampiress. Armed with the 'Innocence Lost' bloodline and the Hand of Dust, the match was quick. Jason lost.
Round Two saw a wary Jason with superior magic decide to stand back and slaughter Harmony with Wind of Death. Not the bloody fight Jason likes but don't be fooled, just because he can't talk doesn't mean he is a complete idiot.
Round Three saw a repeat of Rpound Two with a victorious Jason emerging. - Evan

WINNER
Demonica vs. Mutabulous

Hymndal the Beast ran for the hills and so in his absence it was Mutabulous who rose once again for the eternal struggle.
In Round One, Demonica should've brought her backpack because the Bloated One took her to school on the fine art of spellcasting. Mutabulous devastated Demonica's freshly raised skeletons with Curse of Years. He then ran in and struck the little vamp down with the Hand of Dust. The only wound taken by the Bloated One was caused by Serpentor.
Round Two was a completely different story. It began with Mutabulous stumbling around confused for the first turn. Then it was Demonica's turn to show off her spellcasting as she blasted Mutabulous with a withering Gaze of Nagash. The spell did eleven hits and five wounds! Mutabulous was blasted by the cold stare of a little girl.
Round Three found both combatants locked in a deadly hand to hand melee. The fight went back and forth for a few turns. Serpentor was noticeably absent as he was asleep this fight and failed to even land a single wound! Demonica herself went stupid and luckily for her snapped out of it in time to fight back against the Bloated One. However with a little help from Hellish Vigour Demonica drop-kicked the Necrarch beachball with legs back into his tomb; hopefully for the last time. But who knows? Maybe the Warhammer World's answer to "Iron Sides" will return. - Chris

WINNER
Anastasio vs. Nebacanezzar

The first round between these two Vampire Lords ended in a draw when Nebacanezzar Hand of Dusted Anastasio and the coffin-encased Strigoi torn the Necrarch to pieces simutaneously(same Initiative).
The second round ended with another Hand of Dust by the Necrarch after Anastasio failed to destroy him in the first round of hand to hand combat.
The third time around the Vampire Lords were locked in a massive combat involving 20+ skeletons, and again managed to kill each other off simutaneously in hand to hand combat when Anastasio failed to regenerate.
So for round four the combatants decided that it would be all or nothing! Unfortunately for Nebacanezzar, in the opening magic phase his Strigoi opponent Total Powered Wind of Death, and rolling a 12 for the number of hits. Needless to say, the Pitiful Necrarch died quite messily when the magic missile hit him! Yet another Necrarch corpse left in his wake, vengance is goood. -Ty

WINNER

Zemanski vs. Nebechadnicious

Again the mighty Blood Dragon Vampire Count Zemanski emerges victorious. This time he faced a mighty opponent in the Strigoi Nebechadnicious. Though things looked grim fro Zemanski early on, he fought back and won the day... er... night.
