Chariots of Slaanesh should be swift and deadly. The Talos Fuselage is the perfect basis for this design concept because it has spikes built in, and it looks fast. By adding a few more spikes and other details, you can turn this Dark Eldar bit into a perfect emblem of Slaanesh. You can leave the Daemonette riders on the Steeds of Slaanesh – they are a real challenge to remove, and they look just fine with the Chariot anyway. However, if you really want to remove them, go for it!

This conversion involves little to no pinning and only a bit of putty work. All you have to do is glue some stuff together, fill in any gaps, and follow the steps outlined below. You will, however, need some fine jewelry chain and a few small wire loops to complete this project. Click here for information about how to acquire and work with this material.

Eliminate the strange nubs from the Talos Fuselage with clippers.
Trim and file the previously clipped bit flat on both sides.
Glue the Axle and the Coupling to the bottom of the Chariot as shown above.
Fill the three holes on the top of the Fuselage with green stuff.
Add a tiny bit of putty and glue to the bottom of each Talos Spike.
Glue the Spikes onto the Chariot body as shown. Be patient!
A side view. The glue/putty combination makes this process easier.
Note how the top layer of Spikes you've added fan upwards.
Add the Chariot Wheels. Clip and attach the Standard in the hole in the Fuselage.
Assemble the Daemonettes on foot and the Mounted Daemonettes.
Secure the crew by pinning them or applying a combination of glue and putty.
Fill the gaping holes found in the Chariot Wheels with putty.
Cut notches for the Steeds into the base and glue the Steeds in place.
Employ a pair of needle-nosed pliers to aid you in your chain and ring work.
Measure the length of chain you'll need and add three rings – leave one open.
You are going to attach the ring area right at each Steed's tail join.
Place a tiny drop of glue on the area with a paper clip.
Place and hold a closed ring into the glue until it sets.
Finish with a bit of green stuff to make it look like the ring is embedded in flesh.
Attach a ring to the second Steed and then link the chains up to the Chariot.
