The Chariot of Nurgle really needs a wooden texture so that it can be painted to look rotten later. You can make a wood warcart-type vehicle with a bunch of different bitz (see the list above). Careening along in a soggy, rotten wagon is the only way Plaguebearers should travel into battle! The old Beast of Nurgle makes a great steed for this conversion and should also occupy a special place in the heart of any devotee of Nurgle. If you are set on having two beasts pull your Chariot, just add another slug to the mix.

This conversion involves little to no pinning and only a bit of putty work. All you have to do is glue some stuff together, fill in any gaps, and follow the steps outlined below. You will, however, need some fine jewelry chain and a few small wire loops to complete this project. Click here for information about how to acquire and work with this material.

Trim and file the bolts from the raised plate on both Axles.
Clip off half of the extended bit on one Axle as shown above.
Attach the Coupling to this Axle. This Axle will be the front Axle.
With the other Axle, clip off all of the extended bits as shown above.
Trim and file the six Plague Cart Seats. These will become the Chariot sides.
Take your time and glue three Seats to each side of the Chariot as shown.
Glue the Stagecoach Seat to the sloped front edge of the Chariot chassis.
Attach the front Axle as shown above. Be sure to allow room for your Wheels!
Add two strips of putty along with some superglue to the rear Axle.
Press the rear Axle into place. Your Wheels now have a place to go!
Attach a tiny strip of putty across each Wheel (it will help keep them in place).
Attach the Wheels and glue the whole Chariot onto the rear half of the base.
Cut up the Champion's Shield as shown and trim the Shield back flat.
Add a blob of putty to the back of the Shield and glue it in place.
Secure the crew by pinning them or apply a combination of glue and putty.
Assemble the Beast of Nurgle and glue it to the front half of the base.
Attach three rings (each with premeasured chain) to the Beast with putty and glue.
Once the Beast has its rings, attach the three chains to the Chariot eyelet.
