THE STORM GROWS STRONGER
Tactica for Six of the Storm of Chaos Armies

A foul wind blows in from the north and with it the unending horde of darkness that threatens to engulf the civilized world. Archaon comes, and all the might of the Empire and her allies will be needed to survive the assault. Will you march north to join the forces of evil, or will you stand with Men, Elves, and Dwarfs against Chaos?

With the Storm of Chaos army lists just released, many a GW employee's mind has turned to thoughts of a summer full of gaming. While most of us are too busy to have an army finished (or even started yet!), many have started to consider what they will take in their army and how they will use them. There is a lot of excitement over the new Storm of Chaos army lists!

The following sections include a few thoughts and plans about the Storm of Chaos army lists that I managed to squeeze out of players here at US GW HQ. The armies featured below are: Archaon's Horde, The Slayers of Karak Kadrin, The Army of Middenland, Grimgor's 'Ardboyz, The Cult of Slaanesh, and The Daemonic Legions. Each section includes thoughts on what is cool in the Storm of Chaos variant lists, ideas on what to take in your army, and a few suggestions on how these new forces might be used. Unfortunately, I got the feeling that many of the veteran generals were holding back their best advice (not wanting to show their hands too soon). Perhaps once the Storm of Chaos campaign has begun, we can get them to cough up a few more closely guarded secrets...
