One of the key aspects to Codex: Witch Hunters is the Inquisitor and his or her retinue. The look and feel of Ordo Hereticus Inquisitors are much darker than those of their Ordo Malleus brethren. While the Daemonhunters are tasked with protecting Humanity from malign daemonic threats, the Witch Hunters protect Humanity from its own terrible potential. Witch Hunters willingly put hundreds to the purging fire if it means that one rogue psyker can be stopped from corrupting the flock.

As a result, Witch Hunters can be given equipment and employ tactics in several different ways from Daemonhunters. However, like the Daemonhunters, Ordo Hereticus retinues can be shaped to your own style of play or to match your particular vision of the 41st millennium. With your new Inquisitors in mind, this article gives you analyses of two classic tactical categories: close combat and long range. We also provide examples of two very different Ordo Hereticus Inquisitor profiles and models. Either one can form the foundation for a uniquely themed Witch Hunter army.

So, without further ado, choose one of the links below to venture into the realm of the Inquisitors.
