Although not
complicated to use, these instructions will help you figure out a few
of the subtly nuances of the Gaunt Construction Kit.
INSTRUCTIONS
Be Patient ! The Gaunt Construction Kit is made up of over 40 tyranid
pieces of significant size and fairly good resolution. The flash file
is about 250K as of time of writing. If you can't handle the download
time, open a new browser window and continue surfing while this page
finishes loading.
Pieces of Gaunt will appear when the Select Button is chosen, and
will disappear when it is pressed again. If pressed AGAIN, the piece
will appear where it was last placed on the page.
Each gaunt piece has a rotate button, which...rotates that piece the
specified number of degrees.
To move a piece of the tyranid when it appears, simply move your mouse
onto the piece, press down, and drag. When you are happy with the position
of the gaunt part, click the mouse button. Clicking is not always requires,
but is necessary when pieces are overlapping.
Click the arrow buttons to access more gaunt parts.
Realize that the various pieces are built in layers, and that sometimes
it will be necessary to move one piece to even see another previously
placed piece.
Not all pieces will go with each other...like the bodies and the legs
for instance. Feel free to break the rules and mix and match, but be
aware that the parts may not line up perfectly.
The parts don't line up perfectly.
Due to hasty production and the desire to lower the size of the flash
file, the rear pieces (arms, weapons, and mods) are not oriented correctly.

screenshot, colour it in Photoshop, and send it into Games Workshop;
maybe we'll publish the best ones...maybe...
