TYRANID HUNTER SLAYERS |
| Before they were known as Termagants, these Tyranids
were called "Hunter Slayers." Small and agile,
they relied upon numbers to take down the enemy. Armed
with Fleshborers, these metal models had only a few
poses at that time. |

TERMAGANTS |
| Once they went from Hunter Slayers to Termagants,
these lil' 'nids came with a whole slew of strange weaponry.
These metal models are armed with either Spike Rifles,
Fleshborers, or Stranglewebs. |

HORMAGAUNTS |
| Hormagaunts were extra leapy and quick as all get
out. Back when each troop type had varying Movement
values, these guys rocked an 18" charge and could
jump over obstacles 3" high along the way. |

GENESTEALER HYBRIDS |
| Genestealers that implant their genetic material into
humans would produce offspring known as Hybrids. Being
mixed beasts, Hybrids had the ability to use conventional
weaponry like conversion beamers and bolters! However,
Hybrids were nowhere near as nasty as Purestrain Genestealers
in close combat. |

SQUIG SWARM |
| According to some pieces of ancient lore,
Squigs are actually Tyranid organisms made from
Ork genetic material. However, no one knows
for sure anymore. These swarm models were used
by sneaky Tyranid players as living shields
because they had so many Wounds. |

|
RIPPER SWARMS |
| The Ripper we all know today was derived from
the Squig Swarm but was made to look more like
proper Tyranids. |
