Effects:
Daemons must either pass both a Ld test and a Difficult
Terrain test to assault the Inquisitor because of the
combined effects of Word of the Emperor and the twin
Hierophants, or treat a 3" radius circle around the
Inquisitor as impassible terrain as the Inquisitor sacrifices
his movement/shooting, depending on the powers used.
The Hierophants also impose -1 Ld to nearby daemons.
Tactics:
Ideal for protecting a location from ravaging daemons,
the Exorcist Inquisitor can repel daemons using the
power of his mind alone. Stick him on the objective,
engage nearby conventional enemy squads and the howling
daemons baying for blood simply cannot touch the Inquisitor
in his hemisphere of psychic force. Combined with Grey
Knights, nearby daemons will be on -2 Ld and therefore
become highly unstable.
