Please read these Terms of Use carefully. By using this site and any GW Web-Site you are explicitly acknowledging, agreeing to be bound by and assenting to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms then please do not use this site. Games Workshop Limited and any subsidiary, parent or sister company thereto ("GW") reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms of Use at any time and you acknowledge and agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates.

Games Workshop's Policy on the use of its Intellectual Property.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Citadel, the Citadel logo, 'Eavy Metal, Games Workshop, the Games Workshop logo, Space Marine, Warhammer, Warmaster and all other marks appearing on this site (unless otherwise indicated) are trade marks of Games Workshop Ltd.

This site and all subject matter, artwork and imagery it contains is the exclusive property of Games Workshop Ltd. 2007 Games Workshop Ltd.

All materials on this site, including but not limited to images, artwork, text, audio clips, video clips are, unless otherwise stated, owned and controlled by GW and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any purpose is a violation of GW's rights. For purposes of these terms the use of any such material on any other web site or networked computer environment is prohibited unless explicitly stated otherwise.

LINKED SITES

GW provides links to other World Wide Web sites. As GW has no control over these sites it cannot be held responsible for the availability of such external sites nor is it responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites. Links to these sites are provided for your convenience only and you access them at your own risk. In addition GW is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available through any such site.

SUBMISSIONS

Any notes, emails, message/billboard postings, ideas, suggestions, concepts, designs, or other material submitted to any physical GW company address or to any web-site owned or controlled by GW and/or to any email addresses contained in or on those web-sites ("GW Web-Sites") will become the property of GW throughout the world and GW shall be entitled to use the material for any type of use forever including in any media whether now known or hereafter devised. When you submit any material to any physical GW company address or any GW Web-Sites you agree, offer, warrant and represent, both explicitly and tacitly (and GW accepts) that you are assigning all intellectual property rights in that material to GW and that GW has the right to use that material at any time entirely in its own discretion for whatsoever purpose including for commercial, promotional and advertising purposes without any obligation (including any financial obligation) to you now or at any time in the future. You waive and relinquish any rights, including "moral rights", that may exist in any content to the furthest extent permissible by law and agree not to assert any rights in that content. We are afraid that in order to protect ourselves legally this is the only way we can operate. If you are unhappy with this then please do not post or send any material to GW.

GW is not responsible for any material posted on any of our forums. You agree not to use this site to:

GW DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE MATERIALS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT GW'S WEB SITES OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. TERMINATION

You agree that GW, in its sole discretion, may terminate any account (or any part thereof) you may have with us or use of the web site and remove and discard all or any part of your account or any Submissions, for any reason whatsoever in GW's sole discretion. GW may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the games-workshop.com site, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the site or any account you may have or portion thereof may be effected without prior notice, and you agree that GW shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any such termination.

JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with English law and the courts of England shall have jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with this agreement. Notwithstanding this GW shall be free to initiate proceedings in any other court of competent jurisdiction if it deems it appropriate to do so. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable in whole or in part, then that provision shall be deemed severed from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
